1. Online store terms

We make every effort to display our products, ingredients, sizes and colours accurately. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary slightly. Our products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label and ingredient list before use, patch test new products, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice, but price changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is made using the methods shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Offers, gifts and discounts

Free gifts and promotions apply only as described on the website at the time of purchase, while stocks last. Gift cards do not count toward free gifts or free delivery. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may change or end a promotion at any time.

8. Gift cards

EverMethod gift cards can be used to buy products on our website. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
